Improve Your Business by Becoming a Customer

Published by roundpeg under Economic Development

One of my favorite e-subscriptions is from Fast Company. While I love the magazine, I don’t always have time to read it cover to cover, so the daily bites are just the right dose of business intelligence.

This mornings piece talks about how David McQuillen’s “experience immersion” is forcing Credit Suisse to think differently about its clients. For starters, there will be no more wet grocery bags! This same strategy can work for every business owner. Experience your business from the customers perspective, and you are bound to find things to change and improve!
