Novia CareClinics announced today they have opened two on-site facilities serving the needs of Elkhart County employees. Beginning Monday, April 23, 2007, Novia CareClinics began offering the 880 employees and retirees on the Elkhart County medical plan, a full range of health and wellness benefit services.
