Carmel, IN -  Frazier Pettee Fine Art, the newest gallery to open in the Carmel Arts & Design District, celebrates its Grand Opening, to the public, Friday, March 21st.  Gallery hours are 12noon to 5 p.m., Wednesday through Saturday.   Spring and summer gallery hours will extend into the evenings on Fridays and Saturdays or by appointment.   The gallery features a collection of fine oil paintings by Denise Frazier Pettee.  Located at 9 W.
