This from today’s Inside Indiana Business: Nominations are being accepted starting today for Indiana’s first ever “Companies to Watch” program. The initiative is a partnership among the Indiana Economic Development Corp., Purdue University and KeyBank.
The statewide awards program is designed to recognize companies with up to 150 workers and at least $100 million in sales and revenues. The nomination period closes on April 18th. Read More

The president of the Indiana Chamber of Commerce says the just completed legislative session was not positive for businesses. Kevin Brinegar says most of the time was spent “playing defense” against a number of anti-business bills.
He says the session was dominated by political paranoia from legislators who watched several mayors get defeated in November’s election.
