Carmel, IN – Stephanie Wolf, a senior at Carmel High School, is the recipient of the 2008 Nancy Blondin Carmel Chamber Scholarship. Begun in 2000 to honor Nancy, who was President of the Carmel Chamber from 1986 to 2000, the scholarship has grown each year and provides $4000 to the recipient – $1000 each year for four years.
