As fuel prices continue to rise, more and more consumers are rethinking their feelings about Mass Transit. Ridership on Fishers Expres bus to downtown is setting daily records as people discover the benefits of leaving the driving to someone else.

I have started riding the Greenwood route – it is really pleasant! I can read my book for a good 20 minutes inroute to work. Much better than sitting that 20 minutes out in rush hour traffic. AND it saves me money on gas – clearly.

As a native New Yorker, I rode the bus and train for years. I am not sure I would have passed my college classes, if I hadn’t had one hour study time each way every day!
