The Shepherd’s Center of Hamilton County, which meets at Christ United Methodist Church in Westfield will host workshops entitled “Senior University – Getting your House in Order”. Workshops will feature local experts sharing information every senior and their adult children should know. These workshops will be held at the Christ United Methodist Church at 318 North Union Street in Westfield on September 18, 2008, from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. and again, at 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
The Expert Panel topics are:
• assessing your financial portfolio
• recording your personal property
• giving your Executor the tools they need
• planning your funeral arrangements
• legal expertise about Estate Planning and the Probate process
Moderated by Carlotta Katra, President of Aging Avenues, the casual but informative panel discussion will guide seniors and their adult children through this difficult maze of comprehensive life planning.
About the Expert Panelists:
Gary Bolenbaugh, Attorney at Law, is a graduate of Regent University School of Law and an active member of the Indiana State and Indianapolis Bar Associations. He has been an attorney for 12 years and specializes in the areas of Estate Planning, Business Law and Residential Real Estate. Gary also serves as an Adjunct Professor at two local universities and is an active member of his church and community.
