I thought of it again, as I read the headline about Sateria Distribution being acquired by a private California equity firm. i realized this was the first time I had ever heard of Sateria, and maybe that is the problem. Too many local companies don’t take time to get known here in Indy, outside their customers, and the people who work there, so when they need funding or a buyer they have to elsewhere.
