Pat O’Day, Chief Technology Officer for Indianapolis-based BlueLock, will be a featured presenter at the Gartner Enterprise Networking and Communications Summit this month. Executives and IT professionals from around the world will be in attendance as O’Day discusses “Building and Deploying Virtual Infrastructures”. O’Day’s 30-minute presentation outlines strategies for companies exploring cloud computing and how to architect and implement a reliable, efficient and secure virtual infrastructure. The session will be on Nov. 19 from 9:15 a.m. to 9:45 a.m.
“Cloud Computing is a relatively new concept for many of the attendees at this event,” said O’Day. “I hope they will walk away with a clearer understanding of the benefits of ‘burstable capacity’ available through a subscription-based, pay as you go model leveraging virtualization.”
O’Day’s company, BlueLock, is a full service Cloud Computing Provider, offering a unique infrastructure-as-a-service approach. With data centers in Indianapolis and Salt Lake City, BlueLock maintains cloud computing environments for companies around the world.
The three day summit will be held Nov. 17 to 19 in Orlando, Fla. at the Gaylord Palms Resort and Convention Center. To register for the event or for more information visit their web site.
