(INDIANAPOLIS) – Building relationships are an important part of any business, and learning how to communicate with different personalities are the key to creating successful relationships. January’s Confluence networking event, “Understanding the People Puzzle,” will discuss the four personality types that blend together to determine their own unique personality, and learn how to deal with the other personality types. The event will be held on Tuesday, January 13, from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m., at the Forty-Five Degrees restaurant at 765 Massachusetts Avenue, at the corner of College and Massachusetts.
“This is an important skill to learn for anyone who wants to be successful,” said Brett Healey, president of Confluence. “If we better understand where people are coming from, it helps us all communicate better.”
Ron Sukenick, a trainer and entrepreneur, will lead four Human Resources specialists in the panel discussion. Panelists include:
- Rosemary Jordan, career development consultant for Eli Lily
- Nancy Ahlrichs, Vice President of Workforce Development, United Way
- Ron Ernst, Consultant
- Guy Harris, Principle Driven Consulting
“We have asked five of the leading Human Resources and relationship specialists in Indianapolis to share their knowledge with us,” said Healey. “This is a must see for anyone in any part of business, not just sales or marketing.”
