INDIANAPOLIS –Brian Wolff, co-founder and VP of Sales for Indianapolis-based BlueLock, provider of Cloud Computing and Managed IT services, has been invited to attend the Softletter SaaS University Conference in Chicago as a keynote speaker. The three-day conference is scheduled for April 14 – 16 at the Hotel Sax on 333 North Dearborn.
SaaS University Conferences give software developers and business leaders alike an overview of the latest trends, regulations and innovations in the growing field of SaaS (Software as a Service). In his keynote address Wolff will discuss the financial and organizational differences between traditional data centers and cloud computing applications as well as the various cloud computing options available and the advantages of each.
“Cloud Computing offers significant financial benefits to SaaS firms,” said Wolff. “The low cost of entry allows many small firms to scale rapidly. There are many considerations when choosing a path toward cloud computing – I plan to shed some light on the trade-offs and choices.”
His presentation will also include a discussion on how firms can develop flexible and portable applications, which leverage the benefits of the cloud without constraints of vendor lock-in. Other keynote speakers at the event will be John Aiello of SAVO, Peter Coffee of Salesforce.com and Jeff Kaplan of THINKStrategies.
