Since the departure of the Ballet International, there has been a hole in our cultural scene. I was very excited when I read the following:
A new organization will reintroduce professional ballet to Indianapolis today. Indianapolis City Ballet is holding a news conference to talk about the venture and reveal its artistic chairman. The chairman will also discuss reuniting international ballet stars for a one-night-only gala September 12 at the Murat Theatre.
