(INDIANAPOLIS, IN. June 26. 2009) – Hartman Inventory Systems, LLC has announced an upgrade to their turnkey business. The Hartman Inventory Systemsä is similar to a franchise, but allows for more freedom to be an independent owner of a business and home inventory service.
“Even though it’s something you’ve always wanted to do, there is a fear of not being successful. We want our Group Members to achieve their goals with the business and in their personal lives,” explained Mike Hartman, President, when asked why this life/business coaching program was added to the already premium package.
J.Sewell Perkins, founder of Success Coaches Institute, has developed a course that is perfect for small business owners. In addition to the course, a one year membership to International Mastermind Group is included.
Hartman stated, “We have the industry and business know-how, but J. S. will bring that other element to help achieve success from the start – coaching to achieve belief in oneself, knowing what holds you back, and learning how to tackle those issues. We are extremely excited to be able to include this program, and to do so without increasing the cost of the Systems package.”
In addition to the coaching program, some key elements of the Hartman Inventory Systems turnkey package includes hands-on training, one-on-one mentoring and support, a complete marketing package and financing.

RIGHT! Try to get a hold of Hartman Inventory.
I’ve tried 5 or 6 times to sign up for Hartman Invertories turnkey business and, still, have not heard any word.
I think Hartman is just like any other invertory business around INDY, “A FAKE”.
I have owned a Home Inspection business and want to branch out into home inventory, however, I wonder what the demand is, especially since Hartman won’t answer any request I have sent.
DON’T TRUST THEM.
Sincerely,
Carl F. Miller

I have known Mike and Cindy for years, these are very ethical, very reliable people who do what they say, and honor their committments.
If yoiu have never met them, how can you make accusations about their trusworthines?

I believe Mr. Miller is totally wrong to make such accusatons about Mike and Cindy Hartman. I have worked with them for over 3 years and I can unequivacally say that their integrity is right up there with the highest. I don’t know who Mr Miller is calling, but if he’s calling the rght number he’d get to talk to Mike or Cindy within a 24 hour period at the latest. My business is based on my personal and professional reputation and I would “bet the ranch” that there’s something fishy going on for Mr. Miller to make such a statement.

Carl,
I find your comments absurd for a many reasons such as both Mike and Cindy network all over town, they carry direct number cell phones so if you call they answer or worst case call back in a few hours. The link goes to the Hartman inventory website were you can leave your contact info. I know they follow up becuase they want to sell the system they have built. Carl the biggest point I should not have to say but will is they do want to make money and why in the world would any one in bussines to make a profit by selling a service (Business opportunity) in this case not respond back? The only thing I can think of is that you either went to the wrong site or did not really leave your contact info. To say you tried 5 or 6 times frankly I find unbelievable if I wanted to get into a business I think I would have picked up the phone after I left the second email to find out why no response, but even if that would not be your approach THEY WANT TO SELL WHAT THEY PROVIDE they would contact you if they got your message it’s that simple. All that said Mike and Cindy hartman are two of the most honest and reputable people you will ever find! Just to make sure you can contact them, you can e-mail Mike at Mike@hartmaninventory.com and please do a read and delivery receipt this way you are covered. They will get back to you. When they do and you figure out what went wrong you should come back here and correct your statements and apologize because that is the Ethical thing to do.

Carl,
I, along with MANY others, would naturally make the assumption that you have not contacted THE Mike and Cindy Hartman of Hartman Inventory. You couldn’t have. THE Mike and Cindy Hartman would have never neglected a telephone call. They are the most pro-active positive duo I’ve ever met!! I have had them inventory my home so I am speaking from experience. Please try contacting them again but, by the attitude in your comment, it’s possible that they wouldn’t even want you representing their business.

Lorraine, Carolyn and Howard -
We thank you for your response to Mr. Miller’s comments. We are very surprised that he has not been able to reach us, and will be contacting him to see where the disconnect is. Googling “Hartman Inventory” will provide a vast number of links to our site and various articles about our service and our turnkey opportunity. Our website also includes our email addresses, physical address and cell phone numbers.
We want to publicly thank each of you for ensuring him and the other readers of Indy-biz.com that we are a reputable company and open for business!

I want to put my name out there and let everyone know that I have never… ever… ever… known Mike and Cindy Hartman to ever drop the ball on anything. I have been networking around town (their neck of town) for four years and have never heard a bad word spoken about them.
Maybe you were calling a Hartman in another state? Maybe that is what happened because I know what you are saying could not possible be true.

Mike and Cindy Hartman provide an excellent and valuable service. I have known both Mike and Cindy for years, and I know that if they had received a request to contact Mr. Miller, he would have been contacted immediately. I suggest you pick up the phone and call, if you are really interested. The internet is not perfect and sometimes requests do NOT go through. I would trust the Hartmans with everything I own, and would gladly refer their business. I trusted them to inventory my parent’s home.

Teresa, Kyle and Ann – this type of support and trust has overwhelmed Mike and me! We are pleased that we have proven ourselves to such respected business owners, fellow networkers and customers. We thank everyone for standing up and standing by us!

Carl,
I apologize for the delay in responding directly to you until now. I have been searching our phone logs and emails – even our spam folder – to ensure that we did not miss your calls or emails. There is nothing that has come in to us that has not been addressed.
As a last resort, I re-read the press release and found (to my embarrassment) a typo in the phone number. I called the incorrect number, apologized to the owner of that phone, and was pleased to find out that they had not received phone calls from people looking for us!
I’m not sure how you tried to contact us, as all of our information is listed on our website:

I am very sorry for having created such a rucus. I am trying to start a Home Inverntor business and got burned by two groups out of Florida to the tune of $500.
Then I found a group right here in the INDY area that sounded great, and as it turns out they are GREAT. However, I sent them 5 or 6 request to find out about the business and got no reply.
It was then I posted my “NASTY” remarks. Burned once and then twice and then what I believed was a third time, and, I was “MAD”. However, come to find out there was a glitch in the Hartman’s site in getting my request to them.
Again, for my “SNIDE” remarks I am sorry and hope you all can understand my frustration with the home inventory business after loosing $500, however, my untimely remarks about the Hartman LLC was totally uncalled for.
I have been communicating with Cindy Hartman and realize she is a great person and realizes my frustration, and she is right that I should have not lumped all Home Inventory companies in one group, just because I had a bad experience with the goofballs from Florida.
Sorry,
Carl F. Miller.
