The chief executive officer of an Indianapolis-based company has landed on Forbes.com’s list of 25 “Top Gun CEOs.” Simon Property Group CEO David Simon is listed at number 21. The rankings were compiled by Brendan Wood International based on a leader’s ability to make smart acquisitions, make themselves visible and expand the company’s value propositions.
