Modiano is a seasoned senior level financial executive and brings over 30 years of diverse financial experience to BlueLock.

Modiano has held the position of Chief Financial Officer for a combined eleven years at Cha Cha, Baker Hill Corporation and Bank One Mortgage (now Chase Mortgage). Since 2002 Brian has served on the board of TechPoint in various capacities helping the organization to accelerate Indiana’s emerging and vibrant information technology sector.

Brian received a Masters of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from The Ohio State University and a Bachelors of Science in Accounting and Finance from Bowling Green State University.
