(Indianapolis, IN) – Chef JJ’s Back Yard and Sullivan Hardware & Garden are teaming up for the inaugural Indy Eggfest. The Eggnaugural Indy Eggfest kicks off with a Big Green Egg© cook-off and grilling demonstrations at Sullivan Hardware & Garden, 6955 N. Keystone Ave on Saturday, Auguast 22nd.
Amature cooks will showcase their talent while visitors can sample food and learn about the Big Green Egg© lifestyle. Visitors will also be invited to enjoy grilling demonstrations from local “Eggspert,” Chef JJ from Chef JJ’s Backyard. An added treat will be presentations by Sun King brewmaster, Clay Robinson who will provide beer samples and demonstrate how to use beer when grilling.
Saturday’s event is from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Registration for cooks is free. The cost for spectators is $20, which includes food, non-alcoholic beverages and one drink ticket for those over 21. Kids 12 and under are free. Cooks are encouraged to preregister. Cook preregistration and spectator tickets can be purchased at Sullivan Hardware & Garden or www.chefjjs.com.
