Tracey joines Kingsley-Rose LLC with over 5 years of experience in the recruiting industry focused on Accounting and Finance. As an Account Manager, she will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with hiring authorities to bring talented professionals together to grow their teams.
About Tracey Ostrowski: After graduating from IU with a BS in Business Management and Human Resources, she went into the recruiting industry as an Account Manager for Accounting/Finance. Her 5 years as a consultative advisor, she coached candidates through career transitions and developed client relationships to build and grow their accounting team. Her training and experience developing relationships will be a strong asset as she grows with Kingsley-Rose LLC.
