About Lorraine Ball: Lorraine Ball spent twenty years in corporate America, before she came to her senses. Frustrated by the resistance to change, indecision, and lack of entrepreneurial spirit as she climbed the corporate ladder, Lorraine gave up the fancy VP office, huge staff, and big budget.
Today, you can find her at Roundpeg, a small marketing firm, based in Carmel, Indiana helping small businesses become big businesses. Along with an extraordinarily talented team (which includes Bonnie the dog and Clyde the cat) she shares what she knows about marketing, networking, pr, social media, team building and business planning.
Committed to contributing to a vibrant entrepreneurial economy in central Indiana, Lorraine serves as the Executive Director of Rainmaker University and Vice Chair of the Hamilton County Business Alliance Entrepreneurship Advancement Center. She is the recipient of the 2005 Rainmaker of the year and 2007 NOWIB Business Woman of the Year awards and in 2008 she was named to the IBJ list of Most Influential Women in Indianapolis.
