About Lorraine Ball: Lorraine Ball spent twenty years in corporate America, before she came to her senses. Frustrated by the resistance to change, indecision, and lack of entrepreneurial spirit as she climbed the corporate ladder, Lorraine gave up the fancy VP office, huge staff, and big budget.
Today, you can find her at Roundpeg, a small marketing firm, based in Carmel, Indiana helping small businesses become big businesses. Along with an extraordinarily talented team (which includes Bonnie the dog and Clyde the cat) she shares what she knows about marketing, networking, pr, social media, team building and business planning.

About Howard Cox: Howard is our Director of Business Consulting and is a member of Somerset’s Entrepreneurial Team. He started his career with a Big Four firm in 1983 and then established his own practice in 1987. Howard then merged his independent CPA firm into Somerset in December of 2001.
Most recently from July of 2006 through October of 2007, Howard gained experience as the Director of Operations for a large real estate developer. Now back with Somerset, he focuses on business consulting engagements, corporate training sessions and public speaking.
His consulting projects are customized to the exact needs of each client situation through the use of the Somerset 7-Needs Questionnaire. Howard provides corporate training on a wide range of subjects including business development, customer service and management and leadership.
