It is so nice to see an Indy company acquiring rahter than being acquired for a change.
Indianapolis-based Hat World has acquired Florida-based Sports Fan-Attic. Terms of the deal have not been made public. Sports Fan-Attics is a retailer of licensed sports headwear, apparel, accessories, and novelties. It operates 37 stores in seven states. Hat World is a subsidiary of Tennessee-based Genesco Inc. (NYSE: GCO).
