Indiana’s Small Business Development Center (ISBDC) network continued its goal of assisting Hoosier entrepreneurs and improving the success of state small businesses in 2009. Through October, officials in the ISBDC’s 10 regions have worked with nearly 3,500 clients – more than in all of 2008 – and provided training to nearly 5,000 Indiana business executives on almost every facet of development, from business feasibility studies and human resources challenges to business marketing through social media.
