(January 2010, Indianapolis, IN) – Local Chef JJ Boston, owner of Chef JJ’s Back Yard in Broad Ripple, is offering up some great ideas for Super Bowl eats this year. Chef JJ will be offering a “Supper Bowl” class February 4, 2010 at 6:30pm in order to give you some great ideas and recipes for supper on the big game day.
Everyone does the usual chips and dip, cheese platter and pigs-in-a-blanket, why not offer your guests something different this year for Game Day. Chef JJ and Chef Jenna will be creating recipes that represent each team, giving you a little taste from each specific state.
“Each football team has their own specific food tied to them, why not explore those dishes and learn how to make something fun,” says Chef JJ. Along with the food and recipes Chef JJ will be doing a beer tasting so that you can make sure to stock up on your beer supply for the game. You can’t beat great food and plentiful Sun King beer at a Super Bowl party!
