Indianapolis, IN – Two locally-based entrepreneurs, Mary Beth Braun and Marc Drizin, have teamed up to create the RYD Group, a new company which helps organizations build and motivate dynamic teams, nurture talent, increase employee engagement and tame turnover.
To commemorate their new business venture, the RYD Group, in conjunction with the Human Resources Professional Development Association (HRPDA), will hold a half-day workshop: “Recapture Your Dreams – Enhancing Personal and Organizational Engagement.” Participants will be taken through a unique process called DreamStorming. Attendees are encouraged to identify and share their dreams with the group in order to create connections with other participants who may share similar hopes. Additionally, participants will learn why helping their employees reach their full potential will ultimately help their overall organization.
The event will be held Thursday February 25, 2010 from 8:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. at the Indianapolis Art Center, 820 East 67th Street, Indianapolis. The cost of the event is $247, but those who register prior to February 11 will pay only $197.
