Indianapolis – Locally-based Ignite HR will present “Maximize Your Personal Power and Strengths with StrengthsFinder 2.0,” May 21, 8:30-12:30 at Franklin University, 8415 Allison Pointe Blvd., Indianapolis.
Using the StrengthsFinder 2.0 assessment, Carla Feagans, President and Chief Learning Officer, Ignite Consulting, will teach attendees how they can maximize their own personal power and contribution, as well as how to help their team, organization, and/or clients’ organizations.
“Research shows that only 12% of people in the workplace play to their strengths ‘most of the time,’” said Feagans. “By teaching people how to utilize their strengths more effectively, we can create more productive, happier workplaces.”
The cost of the event is $75, and registration is required.
