Congrats to Bitwise on their acquisition, it’s nice to see a local company acquiring instead of being acquired:

Carmel-based BitWise Solutions Inc. has acquired the North American operations of a Dutch communications software company.  ASK Community Systems has technology that combines several communication methods, including text messaging and Internet access. Its North American headquarters has been relocated to BitWise offices in Carmel from Albuquerque, New Mexico.
