Indianapolis — The Fabric Care Center celebrated the kickoff of their 50th anniversary celebration with a ribbon cutting on July 20. Notable guests included a representative from Mayor Ballard’s office and the Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce, as well as Indiana State Representative Phil Hinkle.
