(INDIANAPOLIS, Ind.) – Chef JJ’s Back Yard can give you all the tips and tricks you need for a successful grilling season. Back Yard is adding some hands on grilling classes in order to provide clients with an even more interactive experience, all while getting to enjoy delicious food straight from the Big Green Egg. These hands on classes will be noted next to the class title. Back Yard is located at 1040 Broad Ripple Avenue in Indianapolis, IN.
Hands on grilling classes at Chef JJ’s Back Yard provide clients with an opportunity to prepare their food and then cook it on the Big Green Egg. Chef JJ and Chef Jenna will be providing help, as well as tips and suggestions on the best ways to prepare the featured food for that night. Back Yard’s hands on grilling classes will be on Tuesdays and the menu and activities will change to reflect the availability of fresh, local ingredients.
“Our hands on grilling classes provide clients with a unique experience to learn cooking and grilling techniques,” said Boston. “I personally interact with everyone and offer my tips and advice for mastering the more complicated aspects of grilling.”
“Although we focus on cooking on the Big Green Egg,” said Boston, “every technique we explain can be applied to any type of grill.”
