EggFests bring together people who LOVE the Big Green Egg. What’s the Big Green Egg you ask? It’s the world’s best all-in-one smoker and grill, and it makes DELICIOUS food! So delicious, that Big Green Eggs now have a strong following of chefs and admirers (accurately termed “EggHeads”) who specialize in cooking great-tasting food using only these grills, which is exactly what EggFests are about. These EggHeads travel from all over the country to cook and compete for best tasting dish at each EggFest, and now they’re coming back to Indianapolis!
This event will be held this Saturday, August 27 from 9 am to 4 pm at Sullivan Hardware & Garden, located at 6955 N. Keystone Ave.

In conjunction with 3rd annual Indy EggFest, Sullivan Hardware & Garden has invited eggheads (Big Green Egg followers) and friends of St. Vincent Women of Hope to HOPE GATHERING 2011. An evening of sampling food cooked on the Big Green Egg by Jeff Raymond, of the Big Green Egg Company and other chiefs. Along with Craft Beer from Flat 12 Bierwerks and music by the Connoisseurs Trio.
All proceeds from HOPE Gathering will go to St. Vincent Women of Hope benefiting cancer patients and their families. For information go to www.StVinentWomenOfHope.org.
