LAKE FOREST, IL (April 26, 2016) —Impact Networking, LLC moved into its brand new state-of-the-art Headquarters building earlier this year. Located across the street from their iconic Distribution Center, clearly visible just north of the Lake Forest Oasis on Interstate 94, the 20,000 square-foot, two-story office building is the new home to administrative, IT, sales, dispatch, Directors and C-level employees.
“With Impact growing at such a fast pace, our old headquarters location was getting too small and was beginning to hinder our internal productivity,” Impact Networking Chief Executive Officer, Frank Cucco said. “The new Headquarters opening came at the perfect time; the amount of space that we have is going to allow us to hire more talent, which will in turn allow us to better serve our clients and continue to grow.”
Designed by Impact Chief Marketing Officer, Michael Borchew, the new building is equipped with abundant technology and an innovative open office plan utilizing collaborative furniture, glass walls, LED lighting and exposed open ceilings.
Borchew said, “We designed a work environment that employees want to come to each day. There are open office areas, private touch-down spaces, large conference rooms and a huge kitchen/café. We integrated as much technology as possible and experimented with color and work surfaces to make a design statement that is consistent with our branding.”
Standout features include multiple large video-enabled conference rooms, a Training Center with a 16’x9’ Prysm Virtual Workplace Wall, a Technology Showroom with touchscreen demo displays and multiple lounge areas with wet bars.
With plans in the works for Northwest Indiana, Rockford and Central Illinois branches, the opening of the new Headquarters building is the beginning of growth for Impact in 2016.
