How It Works

WaitMate provides a simple yet in depth interface which allows employees to quickly and accurately place orders and relay communication.

The server will select a table and a category. From the category, the server will select a specific menu item.

Step 2

Once the menu item is selected, the server will then be taken to the modifaction screen which will allow him or her to make an modifications necessary. Clicking the "ADD" button will take the server back to the category menu to add more items.

Step 3

Once all items have been selected, the server will hit the "ORDER" button from the category menu which will allow him or her to send all items back to the kitchen, see the total cost and to cash out a table.
