Chef JJ Boston Helps Small, Independent Entrepreneurs Find Success

Indianapolis, IN, (October 31, 2017) – Chef JJ Boston, owner and Executive Chef of Chef JJ’s Back Yard and Chef JJ’s Downtown, plans to host the first official Culinary Incubator Network event. This new
concept will feature local chef Max Skillman, at Chef JJ’s Downtown, November 7th. Chef JJ’s Culinary Incubator is where talent and vision meet business planning and entrepreneurship! The incubator
guides chefs through all stages of business planning and establishes a foundation for their own unique restaurant concept. The goal is to help small, independent entrepreneurs find success.

The program provides a shared space where both established and up and coming chefs can try out their small business concepts, ultimately sharpening their skill set, while working side by side with Chef JJ’s
talented chefs and culinary team. In addition, participants will receive real feedback from clients. Chef JJ’s new concept was created with the goal of supporting beginning local artisans who aspire to
open their own restaurant model or specific business venture. The Chef JJ’s Culinary Incubator Network allows both young and seasoned chefs to test new menu ideas, refine their culinary skills and connect
with other local entrepreneurs, farmers, chefs, investors and potential clients in the community.

Max’s menu for the evening, “Fall Dinehard by Broz,” will be inspired by fresh, seasonal ingredients. As long as Max can remember, he has wanted to have his own restaurant. It would be a place centered
around the booming concept of professional gaming! For the past 3 years, he has been hosting seasonal tasting menus with family and friends. Max’s passion is to create dishes that surprise the buds and
minds of unsuspecting friends.

Ticket price is $35 and includes non-alcoholic drinks and 5 courses of food. Beer and wine will be available for purchase. The doors open at 6:00 pm with dinner beginning at 6:30 pm. The event will take
place at Chef JJ’s Downtown Indianapolis.
