Allison Carter started her career in content marketing and advertising before making the leap into journalism. She currently works as assistant digital director at IndyStar, where she oversees social media strategy, email strategy and the Now Team, which specializes in quickly writing the stories people are talking about right now.
Jennifer Riley Simone is the president and founder of Fresh Figs Marketing, a digital marketing agency that specializes in website and logo development, print ad and marketing collateral design, social media campaigns, blogging, event planning and PR. After a circuitous career that took her around the country and serving many diverse roles, Jennifer started Fresh Figs Marketing in 2013. As an outside CMO, her richly varied industry background allows her to offer her clients a well-rounded perspective. She specializes in small businesses, partnering directly with the owners to develop marketing strategies that achieve business goals.
Lorraine Ball is the founder and owner of Roundpeg, a digital marketing agency in Indianapolis. After spending too many years in Corporate America, Lorraine said goodbye to the bureaucracy, glass ceilings and bad coffee. Today you can find her building smart marketing strategies for businesses who want to use internet marketing tools to grow. Lorraine has an MBA from the University of Texas and a BA from Queens College, CUNY. She’s also a member of the faculty at the University Of Indianapolis teaching courses in Digital Marketing, Content Strategy and Social CRM.
Michelle McNally is the Executive Vice President of Digital Marketing at BoxCrush, a full-service website design, web development and digital marketing agency located in Indiana. Michelle has been a certified Google AdWords professional for seven years. She manages both local and national accounts for clients with a variety of goals. In her spare time, she enjoys the Indianapolis social media scene, and has written for a variety of online publications, including All the Moms and The Savvy Source.
Jen Edds is the HBIC (Head Broad in Charge) of the Brassy Broadcasting Co., a professional podcast production firm.
